My weight at the new doc's office last week was a total of 7lbs over my pre-preg weight and a gain of 6lbs from my last appointment at 24 weeks. I missed my 28 week appointment due to moving. So just under a pound a week. I don't know if I trust the scale at the new doc's office compared to my old doc's office, but it doesn't matter either way. I'm still on track, even for being obese before getting pregnant. Honestly, due to my obvious food issues before getting pregnant, I feel very lucky that I've been able to keep things under control mostly without trying. I was terrified that I'd gain a ton.
I'm on 2 week appointments, too. I've gained exactly 30 lbs so far and 10 of that was in the first trimester when I had to eat carbs all day to keep from feeling sick. Lately I've been hitting the 1/2 lb per week mark right on the head. I only gained 25 lbs total with DD but I destroyed my body by working too hard. This time I'm much more relaxed and hardly have any aches and pains so I'm okay with having gained a little more.
Eliza Rose, born 6/9/10 ...and getting a little brother for her birthday! Baby Henry Wilder, due 6/7/13
I have one more monthly appointment then I will be going every week because I will be going in for NST tests at the hospital with an office visit in between. I go back the 2nd and every week on from there.
I'm on 2 week appointments now. I had my first one after 2 weeks on Monday and I had only gained a pound in that 2 weeks, which puts me at 21 total. If I could keep it under 30, I would be really happy with that. I was overweight when I got pregnant and my doctor had said she only wanted me to gain 10-15 pounds, which was I was going along with well until I hit a couple of months there where I was just so hungry all the time. I gained about 5 lbs in the 1st trimester and then like 15 in the 2nd pretty much. So, I'm over what she told me, but I haven't gotten a lecture from her, which I kind of expected! But I knew with my body and the way that I lose & gain weight that I probably wouldn't stay in her guidelines. I have to workout a lot in order to keep from gaining weight and I've had to cut out so much of my workout routine. I'm honestly surprised it isn't more than that. But I am ok with 21 lbs so far and would be fine with 30-35 total, which I think is reasonable. I guess we will see what happens by the end!
I started biweekly apps last week. I was up 17lbs as of last week. Started at 168 on my scale 172 on the docs. My goal is not to go over 200 BUT me sitting here at 4 am eating a roll of Girl Scout cookies Is probably not helping that!! Lol. With dd I gained 40-45 lbs but I was also 30 lbs lighter to begin with. I feel even at the rate I'm going I have a good chance being skinnier when it's all said and done and that my friends is ok with me
I have weekly appts now but I was happy that my last 2 appts I hadn't gained anything. Of course, that's because, despite the 5lbs I initially lost, I've already gained more than my max for the whole pregnancy. I refuse to buy bigger maternity clothes, lol.

I have gained 17 lbs at my last appt. I have an appt tomorrow so hoping it is the same (I weighed last week when I was getting my weekly shot). So I should gain another 5-10 before delivery and put me at about 25-30 lbs.
