Hmm.... I don't think so. I've only ever had the 20 week one and a dating u/s.

I have to havw it because Serenity was born 5lb8oz at 37+5 weeks.

I have extra scans at 28/32 and 36 weeks.

Typically my OB only does the 20 week scan. But they do one at 32 weeks to "check fetal growth" for women of AMA. So I'll be getting one.

I asked this week what they would specifically be looking for, and my midwife said that AMA increases the risk of pretty much every pregnancy and pp complication, so they weren't looking for anything specific, they were just checking for anything abnormal.

It's not normally routine here either. I do have one scheduled at the end of May though (due to being high risk having had a placental abruption, having a preemie, etc.).
