I've been feeling a ton of vaginal pressure and had a lot of cramping today. I would like to at least make it though this weekend before going into labor. My husband's birthday is Saturday and I would prefer they not share a birthday! The further away from his birthday, the better!
With DD, in hindsight the rectal pressure was the biggest clue that I was in the early stages of labor. It's distinctly different than vaginal or cervical pressure. I spent most of my labor on the toilet at home thinking I was having stomach issues. :/
I noticed it again this time a day or 2 before my last appointment. Turns out I'm almost completely effaced and baby is engaged, so he said that's probably why I'm feeling so much pressure on my bum. I'll be interested to see what your doc says at the next appointment! Try and stay off your feet as much as possible until then!
*Thank you so much to Jaidynsmum for my beautiful siggy!*

I haven't felt the pressure much today but I have had cramping. It feels more like my pelvis is separating and preparing for baby.
I haven't had any spotting or anything else so I'm just chalking it up to normal pregnancy pains
