Lie down. Take it easy. Drink a lot! I get dizzy a lot and for some reason peanut m&ms often help. I think it's the combo of giving my body sugar and salt. Who knows. But maybe eat a couple different types of food to see if your body is lacking in something
Thanks ladies. It was ok so I decided to just do a slow easy walk on the treadmill. Terrible idea. I got so dizzy I had to lay in the floor and call DH. It was really scary. We called his mom who is a nurse and she said rest and fluids. DH and I have a weekend away planned and wanted to leave soon. I'm drinking lots but all that's going is making me pee! I m worried its something with my sugars. I had French toast for breakfast. I have always had low blood pressure... And low iron too. Whatever it is its making for a miserable day.
Low blood pressure can totally do this! I never found anything to help besides taking it easy. I remember being so dizzy with my third that I couldn't get up after hauling in and putting away groceries. It can be very scary! It did get better in the second trimester.

You should see about getting a blood pressure monitor, you can get them for about $100. We had to get one several years ago when hubby was having BP issues (high BP runs in his family), but it came in really handy during pregnancy so I could monitor mine.
Eat lots of little meals/snacks.
Make sure the dr checked your iron levels, you might need to take extra supplements!
