I am having my 1st appointment with a perintologist tomorrow. They want to determine for sure if I am high risk. I have pelvic floor problems and I have to take many medications for mental disorders and neurological stuff. I'm pretty nervous about what they will say!

Not *technically*, but I get a lot of monitoring at the end because I go crazy as I approach the 38 week mark (when Cora died). So there's not technically any real risk to me or the baby, but they just act like there is. With Patrick and Allison I had an NST and BPP every week from 32 weeks onward, and I was induced a week early.

I am. I had to interview to get into my OBs office bc of my list of issues.

I have Factor V Lieden deficiency(Blood clotting disorder, have to take anticoagulant injections daily during pregnancy)
Severe Panic Disorder ( cannot stop my Anti-anxiety medication, otherwise I will be in the hospital non stop from panic attacks)
Fibromyalgia (Tylenol does absolutely nothing for me, weighing stronger pain pills with OB)
Hypothyroidism
DDs heartrate was very crazy during my pregnancy and delivery with her. Her heart was fine once she was delivered, but they still aren't sure what was causing that.

I dont think they know what to label me. I am not high risk, but not low risk either. I had PTL with my son at 32w 6d (But i had him during a fresh IVF cycle, and a fresh IVF cycle is 10 times more likely to cause PTL) and I had issues with my heart/breathing as well.

I've read that they consider twin pregnancies high risk, but my midwife is still taking me for this pregnancy, so I can't be that high risk if she's still willing to take me on. I've had miscarriages in the past, so they are watching me a bit more carefully right now, but nothing too out of the ordinary.

Age+ Fresh IVF cycle + Twins is automatically high risk for preterm labor so that makes sense

I am high risk because I cannot change or lower my medications for Bipolar Disorder, Complex Migraine, and OCD. They are hoping that my pelvic floor problems can be improved by physical therapy but ever since I got pregnant it feels CRAZY there. Every move/squat/stretch feels like my bladder is going to shoot out like an alien!
