Sorry I haven't updated before now. I've been super busy running back and forth to the nicu and still taking csre of my 7 other kids.
As I'm sure you know, I had Jocelyn May 7 and she had her first surgery at 3 days old and she's already doing so well. As soon as she is off oxygen and taking all her feeds, she'll get to come home. It's still all like a bad nightmare I've finally woken up from. I'm so glad I hung in there and got my miracle. We still have a lot of rough roads ahead of us, but we can take it one step at a time.
I'll have to post a more detailed birth story than what's on my facebook page, just for anyone interested in a crazy c-section story. You can see pics of Jocelyn on her page. She's my biggest baby even though she is a full inch shorter than my second largest.
I don't know how much I'll be around until after Jocelyn comes home but hopefully I won't miss anymore babies being born.
I am just so glad that she's OK. Every update on your FB page for her I just sit and cry tears of joy. She really is our due date clubs little warrior princess and I'm sure we all understand you will be busy once she's home hugs!!
I look fwd to your Facebook posts as well. My prayers are still flowing! I loved the video of her sucking on her pacifier. What a true miracle. I started crying when I read all the medical issues (half I don't understand) and how you kept saying how blessed you are. Very humbling. Most wouldnt have that point of view. You are an amazing woman!!
Add me to the list of FB stalkers. What an amazing miracle she is! What a powerful testimony to the power of prayer. And your strength as a mom going through all of this is truly inspiring. I will keep on praying and stalking.
