For a few weeks I had been feeling different. Been sick to my stomach but wanting to eat too. Bloated feeling, no energy, tired, and headaches. Took a pregnancy test this morning came out negative. Feel pregnant but not. Not trying at all we want to wait a yr or two. Any ideas??

Have you had your iron levels checked? I get that every so often and have over the past several years, I usually start taking iron and B9 vitamins and it goes away in a couple days to a week.

It could also be thyroid related. I had some similar symptoms and it turned out to be post pregnancy thyroidism. V easy to treat thankfully

I'm in the same boat as you and have yet to figure out what's causing it. If you figure it out, let me know!

Could also be the hormonal shift that happens about 4 months postpartum. (A lot of women lose more hair than normal at this time... in the shower, with brushing, etc.)

Best to get blood levels checked. Could be a thyroid thing like Mere said, or any other number of things.
