I haven't been craving too much since I've been pregnant. It was more if I see something, I want it. Cheerios were about it until recently. Now it's chocolate cake! Oh my goodness. I want it all the time and so bad I actually ache for it. I made one at 11 o'clock at night last week because I wanted it so bad. And again today.
I think I'm actually just craving the chocolate part because chocolate doughnuts curb the craving. I'm not a huge fan of actual chocolates or chocolate bars, so I'm craving chocolate in baked good form. Every single time I cut a huge slice of cake for myself I think, this is how you're going to get GD. But I just can't stop!!
Anyone else have cravings so bad they make you mental if you don't have them? And if anyone has an awesome low fat/sugar chocolate cake recipe, it would be much appreciated. LOL
I have a recipe for chocolate cake that is made woth chickpeas. It's gluten free so I make it for my sister. It is probably healthier than normal chocolate cake, and it's nice and moist. I usually top it with raspberries and raspberry glaze. I'll forward it to you if you like.
