Okay, I am confused. I have tried reading up on these things but I don't know if what I'm experiencing is BH contractions.

I have already given birth, but was induced and ended up as a c section. I don't remember real painful contractions, or anything. (had an epidural @ 2cm- mistake), but I remember being extremely crampy and i felt pain and discomfort internally and low down.

So I'm wondering about BH. Some days my stomach feels tight, but it is upper stomach, nothing at all lower. It's where I picture right below where the ribs are separating. It is also closer to the surface rather than down in the depths of the belly.

What does your BH feel like and where do you feel it?

That's what mine feel like. Towards the top of my stomach and not "deep" in my belly, up at the surface too. It's a tightening and normally not painful but sometimes I do have some that hurt.

Sounds like you're having them
