Baby carrots - a handful goes a long way!
Fruit, almost any, but I am still craving cantaloupe like crazy (must make hubbie cut the one we have up for me)

Oh, your string cheese reminded me I have cheese curds! Time for a snack.

Of course, I HAVE been bad with the unhealthy snack foods too (looks guiltily at the Ruffles, Cheese Popcorn, and Twizzlers).

Oh, I forgot about our trail mix we like to make:

Raisins, Sunflower Seeds, Peanuts (we try to buy unsalted of these when we can, since there is plenty of salt on the sunflower seed).

Love making energy bites... super easy and yummy. You can add other extras, like coconut, in if you want, too

1 cup (dry) oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter or use a seed butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into bite size balls. Refrigerate to set. Enjoy!!
