The June Due Date Club in Review
What a journey these last 40+ weeks have been! I have felt very blessed to get to know you ladies and be your host. The following reviews are only as accurate as our polls and the birthday sticky. It is in no way meant to leave anyone out.
The June due date club had 20 babies before June even began. Our earliest baby was Tucker who was born on March 31st. Our latest baby was miss Ava Grace who was born on July 8th.
The June DDC ended up with 31 boys and 30 girls. We had 2 sets of twins. One set are both boys and the other set is 1 boy and 1 girl.
Our most popular birthday was June 26th, where we had 6 babies born that day.
We have 2 babies who share the name Henry and 2 babies who share the middle name Mckinley and one baby with the first name Mckinley.
Our biggest baby girl- is a tie between Christy's Madeline (overlinmommy) and Traci's Harper (~Traci~) both weighing 9lbs 12oz.
The majority of our babies were born at 39 weeks.
The majoirty of our babies were in the 7lbs range followed closely by 8lbs.
Our babies were born into this world in several different ways. All unique to each of us and our bodies.
According to our exit poll- We had 1 unplanned home birth, 1 planned unassited birth, 1 unplanned unassited birth, 6 planned c/s, 4 unplanned c/s, 16 births with the help of medications, 10 without the help of medication, and one planned VBAC but her baby had other plans.
Whether you had the birth you planned to or one you did not we all brought beautiful children into this world, we are all healthy and our babies are thriving. I may be a bit bias but I am pretty sure we have the most adorable babies ever! Congrats ladies! I look forward to countine the journey with you!
What a great wrap-up. It's so cool to see all this info in one place, and realize how many new lives there are in the world, thanks to the women we've been getting to know over the last 9 months or so.
Thank you so much for all the work you've done to put this list together, and everything else you've done as co-host of this board!
