I have been waking up at least 3-4 times a night with my hands asleep! Throughout the day my hands will get tingly. I mentioned it to the Dr at our appointment and he said it was pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. Is anyone else having trouble? Any tips for relief? Its more annoying than anything.

I had that during my last pregnancy. I thought it was so weird but found out it's actually pretty common. I bought those hand brace things for carpal tunnel to sleep in. Not exactly the most comfortable but it did help. I didn't really get it during the day, just at night.
