Ever since birth Rory has only wanted to sleep. In the last month he has woken up more and has been awake for much longer.

Today was the first day that he was desperately trying NOT to go to sleep, lol. All morning he screamed. He screamed through 2 feedings. He screamed through being held, hugged, kissed, etc. He kept rubbing his eyes, yawning, doing that thousand yard stare, etc. But he would not sleep!

Finally Toby spent some time just bouncing him on his shoulder and walking around a room in circles, probably falling into the groove carved into it from Alex, and finally, FINALLY he closed his eyes and fell asleep.

Crazy kid! Guess you finally figured out that there is awesome stuff to see!

'Scuse the bad typing, please. 'Breast is Best' but not when browsing the internet!

Kids - love 'em but ugghhh. Today was the birthday party for our DS2. Almost every day Ellianna takes a 3+ hour nap for my mom while I am at work. Today - all I could get were 3 minute naps and I NEEDED to get things ready for the party. It was like she knows. Glad to hear that your DH was helping though.

Those days are hard! Henry had a few like that where he just wouldn't sleep except for 20 minutes when my mom held him all bundled up. Overtired babies are no fun.
