I haven't updated in a while...Sophia has been going to physical therapy once a week at the hospital she was born at. Fortunately the physical therapist feels Sophia's head shape is fine so we're not going to have to use the helmet woot woot! Her cheek is slightly flattened and the therapist said that that was indicative of her being in a funky position in the womb so she is pretty sure that was how the torticollis came about. I guess I'm not surprised because the end of the pregnancy just didn't feel right like she was squashed into the side of my pelvis and I was walking with a funky limp, barely able to walk for the last couple of weeks. We're using head supports in the car seat and for sleeping and doing exercises to get her to turn her head to the left. She is doing very well and the long term prognosis is excellent. After tomorrow morning's appointment we should be able to taper down to once every 2 weeks visits to the PT. Aside from that, she's doing great and growing like a weed
