We are constantly trying new textures with Henry. If its not pureed he chokes and gags on it. Its driving me bonkers being unable to get him over to blw. And I've tried from chunks yo puree with a little chunk. So I'm hoping enough experience will help.
It'd be easier if he didn't want food. He will steal anything he can.

We're introducing new foods here & there. She's still not really all that into eating, but she will taste things. The only thing she seems to really be interested in are apple slices. Other than food, I can't think of anything new at the moment.
We are really encouraging (which might be stupid on our part) her crawling, so we introduce a lot of floor time and interesting toys.
DH gave her peas last night for the first time and she enjoyed her first carrots (both purees) earlier this week too. Her favorite is still the whole grain baby oatmeal, but she's def getting the hang of eating.
I've recently started doing storytime at the library. We read a lot here but this is babytime, music, puppets, toys. Fun! He loves it! I am enjoying the one on one time not running errands which is what I was doing when my 3 yo is in school ; )
