Sorry for those of you who are on fb & getting this twice.

I am wanting to try eliminating foods from my diet that might be hurting Porter's little tummy. He's always had a little issue with gas, but lately it's much worse and I don't know why. It's been like this for a few weeks. It has to be something I'm eating I think, but I'm not sure what I am eating that is different. So, what all should I eliminate? Dairy, soy, eggs... What else? What can I eat? I think that his tummy is hurting him at night and that is adding to our sleep issue. Even if this doesn't help, I'd like to try just to make sure in case it is something that I'm eating!

I eliminated dairy and limited soy which seemed to help. Dairy is hidden in many things, so you have to really watch if you want to be sure that you are dairy free.

Thanks. I've done it once before (I was vegan for a year or so), so I know I can do it again. Hopefully it will help! I think it may be eggs, so I'm going to try cutting those out for a few days and see if that helps any.
