Do you swadde your little one?

I don't usually but had to at my in-laws Saturday night.

I don't do a tight swaddle anymore as it seems to annoy Laila and it also makes her tremoring worse. She prefers a looser wrap so we're doing that.

We mostly swaddle at night. Just have to make sure she has access to her hands, or she gets mad!

It depends on the temp. It's been a warm week here, so I mostly do at night. Going to get cold real soon though....

I usually do a half swaddle for warmth...like chest down. She would NOT sleep Saturday night at my inlaws though so I threw a full swaddle on her and out she went.

I have to every night because it seems as if she startles herself awake if she isn't. I never had to with the others, but Aralyn needs it. She sleeps so much better!

Lucas hates swaddling because he always has to have his hands by his face. So did my first.

Lila seemed to like it at first but now where she squirms around and rolls on her side in her sleep it makes me nervous, plus she likes sucking on her fingers so I've been using those fleecy sleeping bag gowns that keep her cozy but not wrapped up too tight.

Lilah seemed to like it when the nurses swaddled her, but I can't do it right to save my life. She's fine without it, though.

I swaddle Lily at night or if she's being fussy. Sometimes it's like an off switch and she sleeps but sometimes it just seems to piss her off! How do you swaddle with their hands out? Maybe I should try that.

And she is swaddled again because we aren't home. So strange, silly girl.

I swaddle at night with one of those Swaddleme blankets. I wrap it so his hands are free and near his face but arms are still in the blanket. In a few months I'll switch to a sleep sack.

I have a Woombie and I LOVE IT! I actually put her in a large size today and she seems more comfortable, even though it's a little big on her. I haven't swaddled her in about a week because the other one we had was too small/tight (she did GREAT with tight swaddles in that first week, but not so much any more). We'll see how tonight goes!

Here's the site... I love the Woombies because they are ZIPPERS! I hate the other kind The Woombie is the safest, most natural way to swaddle your baby.
