How do you get clothing to fit with the cloth diapers. I will admit that I am generally a pampers gal. I have two AIO that I use for naked/diaper baby photos and tried for Ellianna's red bum. They seem so darn thick that he onsies do not fit with them. In addition, the panties that come with her dresses don't fit over them. I cannot even imagine stretch pants. If I would go to a lager size, it seems that the tops of the outfit would just be huge.

My thought is when I start potty training, I want to use the cloth training pants (our local store that specializes in CD has a section of ones that are like pull ups.) I found that pampers always kept my kids so dry that they had no desire to potty train. Thinking the CD might give more of a wet feeling to make her want to use the potty.

We always just went up a size :S You might want to try pocket diapers with bamboo or hemp inserts, those are very trim

'Scuse the bad typing, please. 'Breast is Best' but not when browsing the internet!

I use either prefolds with covers, pockets or aio and I haven't had any issues with his clothes fitting. I would say go up a size maybe.

I have really no issues with clothes fitting, I don't use the covers with dresses because of the fluffy cuteness.

If needed, we go up a size as well. Depending on the brand, sometimes the tops are a little big but nothing major.

I find girls' clothes easier to fit with cloth. Dresses and leggings were perfect so no need to size up. Boys' clothes are trickier because the pants don't stretch. I don't size up but it does require some effort to get his pants up
