I am only getting about 4-5 hours sleep each night...I normally get at least 9 and am a very sound sleeper (normally nothing wakes me up). I have been exhausted during the day and go to sleep fine, but come 1-2am, I am wide awake.

I have tried going to sleep later but that doesn't seem to help. I think it may be due to the progesterone supplementation but was curious if anyone else is experiencing this? And if so...have you found anything that helps?

My ob recommends Benadryl to help you sleep. I find it works well for me.

I'm still really early in the pregnancy, I started progesterone too. But since the morning before starting progesterone, I've been waking up 2 hours earlier than normal! I'm like you, I'm used to 9hrs sleep! I fall asleep fine, I just wake up before the sun. I hate it. I'm tired.
