That is so sweet! A baby book was the first thing dh and I bought for our baby.

I got an above ground pool as my Mother's Day gift, but we got it today. lol Yay! It's something I have really wanted for a long time and with these hot summers and being extra hot from the pregnancy, I will be so thankful for it. Going tomorrow to get some landscaping stuff and accessories for it.

A pool would be pretty awesome, I'm actually so excited to hit the beach with a baby bump because then people won't be judging my fluffy belly, they will know I'm pregnant lol

Last year I got an edible arrangement. Year before than, we just went to dinner. I may have also gotten a gift, I don't remember. No plans this year, though. I had to charge my new home office to the CC so any extra money is going towards paying that down asap. Plus, I just feel like crap. MS gets worse every day.

That's really sweet

My mom sent a really funny little e-card with a heartfelt message, and my in-laws wished me happy mother's day over the phone, both of which were really nice

I was included in the mimosa toast (I just had orange juice in a champagne flute) at my in-laws' Mothers' Day brunch, which was really nice, and my mom sent me a card and a hand crocheted blanket. DH bought me a necklace with a small Dutch coin on it, which isn't really baby related but matches the pendant I usually wear made from a coin my grandpa brought back from WWII.
