How much water do you drink each day? I am terrified of being dehydrated but feel like I am running non stop to the bathroom. Lol

I have a hard time drinking it. I don't know how much, I just try and take at least a drink or two when I pass through the kitchen or come in from outside. As long as your peeing lots, it's probably good

My doc said around 90-100 oz, typically they say around 64 oz, so it's a lot more than usual...lol! I probably drink close to 90 a day. And, I pee 100 times...lmao!

Not as much as I should. I need to start drinking more. But, there have been times lately when I still feel so yucky that I just can't do big drinks of water like I use to.

At around 30 wks with first I started trying to do 100oz a day - a ton of water for me as I normally have a small bladder and couldn't even go an hour without peeing. I'm going to try and start drinking more water earlier with this one.

At work, I do a good job. I have a 34 oz jug that I typically drink twice while at work then I have water or a green tea with dinner. So I'd say around 80-90 oz.

On the weekends...I need to do better. I don't carry that jug around so I just drink water bottles whenever I am thirsty.

I think I have been doing 72-80 of just water plus other things. Hoping that's enough but I pee every hour minimum it's crazy. Lol

In the beginning of my pregnancy, I couldn't get enough water. Now with sickness, it's not so desirable. I find if I carry around a water bottle, I'll sip on it throughout the day and drink more than I usually would. I only drink water with my meals too.

I threw up water a few times and got grossed out by it unfortunately -- which makes it a bit tricky. I do like seltzer water, orange juice, or diluted lemonade though so I often sip those throughout the day. I bet I'm only drinking about 64 oz a day max though...I need to try to increase it a bit! You ladies will motivate me.

I did really good during the first tri on drinking plenty of water. Now I am getting lazy about it. I need to start drinking more, but everything else taste soooo much better. :/

Usually about 3-4 16oz water bottles. Sometimes I'll throw a diet soda into the mix instead of a water bottle.

I am still struggling with water. If my nausea is going strong I can't stand the sight of water. I push myself to get 70-80 oz, but is a struggle. Another thing to consider, fruit gives you water. I eat fruit all day long.

Meh I didnt know what was recommended. I am not a heavy drinker. I can go through the day and realize at dinner I haven't had anything. Then some days I have my cup I carry around with ice water. I still owe lots so I figure it's ok.

Oh, gosh, I don't measure it. It is the only beverage that I drink when I'm at home, though (and I'm not currently working).

None, thank you HG because outside of pregnancy I drink water a lot. I can't drink ANYTHING besides club soda now though.

I drink water all day long after my morning cup of coffee. It has to be ice cold purified from the brita though or it's nasty.

I don't love water, so I know I don't drink it enough. I try to grab a few sips when I remember.
