I've always suffered from headaches and migraines, but I have had such an increase in them this go 'round. It sucks because they'll last over 24 hours. It usually dominates one side of my head, but the entire side. Eye area, facial bones, bottom of my neck, etc. This one popped up sometime in the middle of the night and has still not gone away. I've taken Tylenol, but that doesn't do crap for me.

Anyone else have an increase in headaches?

I do! I complained to my doc who said I could safely take alot of Tylenol, but they normally don't do much for me. I know water sucks, but water and exercise have helped me some

I'm so sorry you're having headaches and migraines! My cousin had them really bad and also bad when she was pregnant. she had to force water and when she drank more water that helped some. I hope you find something that works for you and they go away quickly!

I know the heat this time around has been giving me headaches. I couldn't imagine having them as bad as you do.

I get bad migraines while pregnant (and not pregnant as well but they've been worse while pregnant). In the past my midwife told me to take Tylenol and then drink a coke to help it kick in. Doesn't do miracles but it might take the edge off. Try to avoid triggers. Things that really trigger mine are heat and light. What will really, really help with mine are an ice pack, dark room, quietness and especially sleep.

OMG, girl, the other night, my headache was soooo bad that I thought I either had a fever or it was the worst headache of my life. I checked on the thermometer and it was fine so it just a bad headache. I could not even fall asleep. I laid there with a cold washcloth on my forehead and it helped a lot. I hope yours go away or at least get better.

Unfortunately, I am a case manager so I work with my computer and files all day. So my head hurts often. Plus I have horrible vision and also TMJ so both of those lead to terrible headaches. My headache from yesterday did finally go away, but a small one came back after dinner.

I also get headaches, but I don't think mine are as bad as your's sound. Mine are usually triggered by my progesterone suppositories. The only thing that helps for me is to leave a gel eye mask in the fridge and put it on with my eyes closed for a while. It doesn't always completely work, but it usually makes it bearable.

I hope your headaches improve soon!
