I was so sure of myself, I was NOT going to buy a doppler.

Until today.....

I know I'm 13 weeks and I saw baby at 11.3 moving away, but I need the peace of mind.. Especially because I'm going to California for a week and would just like to know baby is okay so I can enjoy my trip... Yep.. LOL
Oh well. It will be useful for future pregnancies as well

I love my Doppler It takes some work at first to get the hang out of it, but it has brought me peace of mind many times!

You ladies make me feel better for buying one! haha. From the ultrasounds I've had, I know the general area to look and which way to glide. Now, I just hope I get it before I leave in a week..

I don't blame you. I really wish I had one but hubby was completely opposed because he said I'd drive myself crazy. I think I'm going crazy anyway without it

Exactly! Whether I have it or not, I'm going to go crazy. Especially when I'm in another country with minimal healthcare coverage.

I enjoyed having mine last pregnancy and used it once a week. This time I haven't used it but it gives me peace of mind to know it's waiting if I want to try and chase the little one I definitely like having one.

Don't be alarmed if it is harder to find these days!

I use to find my bug and listen to it beat for a long time. Now I'm lucky if I can get more than a couple seconds. The darn baby swims away and I have to find it again. LOL The other day I had myself scared because I couldn't find it like I had always been able to. Well, now that my uterus has popped out of it's safe little area into my belly it has more room to swim I guess.

Yeah, I won't worry to much, I'll make sure I have a full bladder too, supposedly that makes it easier
