I am going to put this in the writing ideas subforum too, but wanted to put it here as well to make sure that everyone sees it.
I was looking on the Scott Foresman website tonight because the boys are both using Scott Foresman Reading Workbooks. I was so excited to see that they have a new online grammar and writing handbook. It is WONDERFUL. If you haven't bought a book for your writing ideas and information, you may not need to. Click on your grade level and there is a writer's guide followed by grammar and writing lessons you can print off. It goes with the units in the workbook, but can be done without the workbook easily. The good thing is that all of the grades work on the same thing at different levels at the same time. For example, I can work on a personal narrative with Madison and Patrick at the same time. Each of them have the instructions and writing assignment...only on different levels. I am really excited about this site. It really is amazing what is online. I know of some people who say that they don't buy many books at all because there is so much online.
Anyway, I just wanted to share my new "find". I hope you get as excited about it as I have .
