To make this stitch, you'll make 3 double crochet stitches into the same stitch completing all but the last step of each. Then to pull them all together and make your booble, you'll complete them together in a single step - similar to the way you decrease stitches,
1. Start by making a double crochet stitch into your foundation chain or row and stopping before the last step, when you have 2 loops on your hook. Now start making a second double crochet into the same stitch; Yarn over, insert hook into the same stitch as before, yarn over and pull the strand through, yarn over and pull through 2 loops, and STOP. You have 3 loops on your hook. Make a 3rd double crochet into the same stitch withought finishing it off, just as before, until you have 4 loops on your hook.
2. It's time to bring that bobble together; simply yarn over and pull the strand through all 4 loops on your hook. Bobble stitch made!

sorry I can't find a video for this stitch, but if you know how to do double crochet, this one should be easy.
