Description: The solomon's knot, also called the "love knot," creates a open, lacy effect. It is worked by lengthening a chain stitch and creating a single crochet stitch in the back thread of the chain stitch. This stitch creates an interesting effect when used for shawls and wraps.
Directions: Work a chain st and elongate loop on hook to about 1/2" or 1", YO, pull up a loop, insert hook in back thread of original chain st, YO, draw up a loop, YO, and draw through all remaining loops on hook
