My DS just started preschool and in his class there are a few kids with allergies. The letter home said not to send food containing nuts, eggs, or milk products.

Does anyone have any nut free, egg free, milk free snack suggestions?

You could always send fruit or veggies. If you want to send a treat though their are some brands of marshmallow squares with none of those things. You could even make a big batch yourself if you wanted!

You could also see if you can find this brand enjoy life foods - gluten-free & allergen-free cookies, snacks, granola & bagels - eat freely
They make cookies, granola bars etc without the top ten food allergies.

Lays lightly salted potato chips are safe! Found those today actually. Its the plain regular flavor; lightly salted version. Corn&/or Sunflower oil, potatoes, and salt!

kroger brand gummy snacks
