ok im seriously stuck.
my littlest has celiacs, is allergic to milk,eggs, soy, shellfish, fish, nightshade veggies and fruits(new one) and a whole lot more.
Can anyone help me figure out what i can feed him?

Quiona, grass fed meat and chicken (depending on how serious his allergy is) He could have coconut milk products, only oats. You can make some great GF baked goods with corn meal. You will soon find that when you think creativly that there is more you CAN feed them then you can't

There are so many things rather than these.There are cereals available in the market.if your baby is not allergic to wheat than you can feed your little kid with wheat products.

What you do is sit down and start listing what he *can* have rather than not have. From there you will gain a clearer picture of what to feed him. From there you can start searching out recipes that use those ingredients.

It does take a little more effort because you'll wind up making most of his things from scratch but once you're in the habit it'll be much easier.
