Oh there is TONS you can feed him You may have to doublecheck t
Quiona, grass fed meat and chicken (depending on how serious his allergy is) He could have coconut milk products, only oats. You can make some great GF baked goods with corn meal. You will soon find that when you think creativly that there is more you CAN feed them then you can't

What you do is sit down and start listing what he *can* have rather than not have. From there you will gain a clearer picture of what to feed him. From there you can start searching out recipes that use those ingredients.

It does take a little more effort because you'll wind up making most of his things from scratch but once you're in the habit it'll be much easier.

Check out Gluten free society on the web. That is a doc who has really helped me. He says avoid all grains but he has lots of recipes and things. Just a thought. To me it sounds like he has a leaky gut but once you heal it, some of his allergies might go away. I used to be allergic to all grains, dairy, citrus fruits, chicken (including eggs and feather like in pillow). All I could eat was like fish and I hate fish. I healed my gut but being on a strict diet and taking glutamine and now I just do a paleo diet.

Good Luck. I know it sounds overwhelming but it is doable.
