Okay so I've never had a food allergy before but its only during pregnancy that I noticed a developing allergy to mushrooms. Does this mean that my unborn child will have the allergy passed on or is it something that will just go away on its own after delivering?

Your baby may or may not inherit your allergy, I would introduce your allergens last to baby. Sometimes pregnancy allergies go away after you have the baby, sometimes not. At least mushrooms are pretty easy to avoid.
