So I know that most of my family knew that I used FAM. But there are some people that still didn't know. So, I tried to get some of my family members to look into FAM/NFP through the study through my blog. I completely outed myself! It is so freeing! It may be the pseudofed talking, but I would love to see all my family using this. I think that they would trust it better than a thermometer of CM. I am just so happy with myself. The funniest thing is that I remember being not at all interested in FAM and now I am starting to be a spokesperson. FAM just works. Now with this, DH and I have decided that we will most likely be throwing out the barriers and using NFP. Fun times! I just hope my family believes me because I waited until we have used it successfully for so long.

When I told my mom a year ago she told me to call when I got pregnant She is barely warming up to the idea that it works. I think she just wanted (wants) me to have a child.

And I sparked interest in one of my HS friends. She has 3 kids and is sensitive to hormonal BC just like me

Cool! Good for you!

I'm waiting to tell my family, too, like you did. I haven't even told my mom because although I'm convinced it's reliable, I'm NOT convinced I understand how to use it well yet and if I get pregnant I don't want her / them to think "yep, that's how reliable THAT is."
