So I had my 3 days of temp rise and got the sickies. I got a cold where I had lots and lots of mucus in my nose, but I also started to get a lot more CM as well. It was kind of in between feeling sticky with a little stretch to lubricative with very little stretch if that makes sense. I was just wondering if when you get a cold, you get general mucus production.

Sometimes I do, but I have to be pretty sick to see changes in my CM.

I usually tend to medicate when sick so I notice the opposite - I tend to dry up a little if I take something like sudefed.

Some cold medications dry you up (antihistamines) while others (some cough syrups) can make the CM more watery. Is that a factor?

Might be related to something else and not the cold. Some women have more CM during pregnancy LP's (still not as much as pre-Peak, but more than they are used to).

CD 13 and 16 make it a possibility.

Slight but true. How interesting that would be to tell the people that I just signed up for the study

We have 1 from BDing 4 days before Peak and 1 from BDing 5 days before Peak... Oh no! Maybe signing up for the study just increased your odds (jinx factor!) LOL

That is what I was thinking...the jinx factor! I don't feel like I did with my m/c. Then again with the Shettle's method it would have a huge possibility of being a different beanie. (m/c was conceived 1 day after peak this would obviously be very much before) I am not too worried about that possibility. I have told DH that AF might not show until Tuesday so I have time to find out before he gets suspicious. Well, not really because he told me that is too far away and that with past LPs I am due Sunday at the latest. Bless him. If it hasn't shown on Monday, I will probably use my last test.

Well it seemed like the CM came from me being sick. When I was feeling about 80% better it dried up or was sticky which is always normal for me. Now here is to hoping I don't start in the middle of my sister's wedding!

She is not active at all in the LDS church, so no it isn't a Temple wedding. It is a really small wedding at my parents house.
