It's normal to have random cycles that are unlike your *usual* cycle from time to time. And age can be a factor too. It's not uncommon for a woman's cycles to shorten in her 30's from what they were in her 20's. It can also happen at any point in the first 12-18 months after discontinuing a hormonal contraceptive, or in the first 6 months after breastfeeding. Are any of those things factors?
