Hi i figured id introduce my self since jumping in a posting on a topic lol

Im Kat im 26 ttc my first little one i have pcos and i started charting to see if i actually did ovulate and thank god it showed that i do. i am taking prenatals right now but am looking for something a little less harsh on my stomach if any of you have any suggestions on that id greatly appreciate it i was looking in to fertilaid but read some things saying that its not good for women with PCOS.

Im also interested in the NFP due to the fact i DO NOT want to take birth control pills im just so iffy about putting synthetic hormones into my body the thought just weirds me out lol

Hi! Welcome to the board.

I read your repsonse in teh BBT thread, and you reall yshould get your thyroid checked. If it is off it can make getting pregnant more difficult. I was 'normal' in my levels and didn't get pregnant for 14 cycles, even with charting and well timed intercourse. I was still having symptoms from my thyroid though and so they upped my meds. I got pregnant the next cycle.
