It was a lot harder than I expected at first. A few tears even. But once I got the hang of it, it was a breeze. Now I also thought since I charted and haven't been on hormonal BC I would have an easier time TTC but that hasn't happened either.
AJ (age 7) & Katie (age 2.5) PM to see if I am available to make a siggy - decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
A lot more scientific base. A lot less rhythm. It actually works for irregular cycles. It saves $ on pregnancy tests and condoms. I can actually work it into my schedule (that it is really that hard to do). That I LOVE it and whole heartedly talk about it when asked or when it is almost coming up in a conversation.
I didn't have too many expectations other than it might work and a pregnancy would be welcome.
I think it was just hard to get into a groove of doing it. Once that took hold the rest was gravy. I found out that my LP was rather on the low-borderline area. I wouldn't have known that had I not been charting.
I was really surprised that my body fell into place so quickly after 10 years on BCP's. I could literally see my body getting back to 'normal' each cycle. My 'signs' to indicate that I was ovulating are quite subtle though, I hadn't expected that.
The last two cycles have been a little more difficult to work out as my body seems a little out of wack.
