Well this isn't all that interesting but I was an assistant coach for my highschool Field Hockey team during college.
This is interesting...my son has a very rare disorder called cleidocranial dysostosis. He has no collarbones, and still has a very wide soft spot on his head!

Oh those are both interesting, what does that 2nd one mean for him exactly?

And as for me, I'm an only child who is making up for my mother not having kids! lol She always wanted more, she says God is blessing her with them now.
And also I want 6 kids if we can figure out how to get there, but I HATE pregnancy!

I hate pregnancy too but want 5 kids..ha!

So my son can fold his shoulders completely together in front and we're not quite sure what's in store for him head wise! He may need surgery to put a mesh plate in place since the soft spot is not getting much smaller. His head also doesn't grow right. It grows out to the sides instead of to the back. He wears a helmet every night to keep it in a round shape! Obviously he can't do that his whole life so we're hoping once he is out of these fast growth years, it will be ok! It doesn't affect him at all mentally though. He is very teeny...3rd percentile! My 2 month old is only 4 inches shorter than him!

He'll 99% sure have major dental issues starting around 9 yrs old. (as in, extra adult teeth, baby teeth not falling out, adult teeth not coming in..yay) But those are the only big things that are affected. It's a very interesting disorder but no one knows anything about it! Even most of the doctors we see have never taken care of a pt. with this. It's a one in a million disorder.

welll...most cases I've researched have MULTIPLE surgeries. We've already met with an orthodontist and he said he'll probably have surgery at 9, 12, and 15 years. We're talking pulling baby teeth out, pulling big teeth down, pulling extra big teeth out. They have to do it in stages because there are so many teeth affected you can't do it at once or you'd have no gums left!
EEK

and of course, insurance doesn't cover orthodontic stuff! I think we are actually eligible to apply for state aid for it which is good!

I LOVE pregnancy except at the very end and I can't seem to get pregnant yet! Go figure.

DH and I met online in a chat room. I moved to Texas from New York one week after my Graduation.

My MIL, DH, and son all have to sneeze 2-3 times before being done sneezing no matter what. If MIL gets into a fit we wait for #3 to come before we continue whatever conversation we were having.

You're so lucky that you love pregnancy, but I think I'd take my hate for pregnancy over your hard time conceiving actually, cuz I have so far been very fertile!

And benandali i hope you do get some assistance with that!

Those are pics from our vacation we took in June. Rode from home (far western KY) to Oklahoma City. She LOVES it! We keep her carrier in our coat closet when we're not using it. EVERY time I open that closet she runs in there and gets in the carrier.
