Remembering to do it...like I have the signs and I notice them, but remembering to put it anywhere besides my phone (where I put my info until I put it on the chart) isn't something I actually like to do, it has been lately, but not before.

I guess since I'm still learning I find myself not being consistent with my descriptions. Getting better though!!!
