Okay, for starters I have a low body temp, my normal is between 98 - 98.4 but look how my temps go up and down and up and down. I know this chart doesn't have too many days on it, and I put in a request for a teacher on the site y'all passed on a few days ago, but still haven't heard anything... but from what I'm reading, shouldn't my temps be more even?

Hey! I have NO idea on the temping thing because I don't do it. Sorry. but, just an FYI on the teacher thing. If you went to the BOM site it can be confusing getting ahold of the teacher! I know I waited about 2 weeks before finally seeing she had sent me a message w/in 2 days! I felt so stupid. They don't send you an email to your reg. email account.
You have to click on Retrieve on the L side column or from the middle section that says "previous users" Retrieve button.

the one thing that I can think of is that your temps could vary because of something going on externally - like a cooler night, windows open a fan on ya, that sort of thing. Usually there isn't too much of a variance if you temp at the same time each and everything is "normal" externally

OK, I'll do it, I haven't wanted to do it, but I want you to see my chart Trish, then you'll see mine were crazy until I finally ovulated, and then they evened out...a little, I still had one totally strange day so far.
BRB, gotta get the link.

Now I could give you 1000 reasons why mine looks this way, I'm not sure any of them are that good though: 1e0239 Ovulation Charts

so could it just be because of nursing then? I mean, I don't exclusively nurse her and since I've had two periods I figured all should be back to normal.
But I take my temps at the same-ish time everyday and generally our house is the same temperature all day.

If you're breastfeeding, it's normal for temps to be bouncy. It's just because of the breastfeeding hormones, nothing to worry about. You should still be able to see a thermal shift when it finally happens, even if things are bouncy. Temps only confirm ovulation after the fact anyway, your CM is the advance warning.

hehe it is all good. I have always had bouncy temps cuz the only time I've completely temped is while bf'ing, after Rock and now.

See...I'm always learning something new. Didn't know BFing would cause bouncy temps.

I also had bouncy temps after Courtney I realized I left that out...I never temped before I had kids. And then after I stopped bf'ing Courtney Nick was deployed so there was no reason.
