I do. I do it only during my fertile time. When i see fertile changes in my cm, then i know its time to start

I did, found it more confusing than helpful and so I don't anymore. I don't even feel a need to do it anymore.

I do, but it's confusing to me, because apparently a lot of things affect its position-- not just how you stand while checking but also if you've had a bowel movement-- how do you control that?

One thing I try to pay attention to with FAM, though, is if it feels high or low (not necessarily soft/open), and that's relatively easy because I check CM internally anyway. I'm learning a little more about it each cycle.
