Getting back to charting really is harder than I thought it would be. LOL. I've gotten so used to not waking up to temp, that it's hard for me to wake up TO do it.
And I need to remember to take my temp when I wake up with Zoe rather than going back to bed to chart. She woke up this morning at 4:15, and after getting back in bed at 5a, This morning's temp is a little off when I took it at 5:50. Just wasn't thinking. LOL.
Hopefully I'll get back in the swing of things soon.
That is why I liked BOM - no temping! No worrying about the whole horizontal for 3 hrs before temping - AJ was up at least once a night for the first 6 months with nights every once in awhile where he slept through.
AJ (age 7) & Katie (age 2.5) PM to see if I am available to make a siggy - decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
Thankfully, I'm one of those girls that my temps don't change too much if I happen to not get a full 3 hours sleep. Sometimes I will get some wonky temps if I'm stuffed up and catch myself breathing out of my mouth, but for the most part, my issue is just getting back into the swing of things
