Anybody ever continued to chart while they were pregnant? (somebody in my DDC said they were going to)

I thought about it, but it was just stressing me out becuase my temps would dip and go back up all the time, so I just stopped all together. It got so bad that I deleted all my temps and stopped it at my postive test result.

It will drive you insane if you do. I wouldn't do it.

She said it might help her to not worry about miscarriage as much...I think it would just make me think about it more!

^^Ditto. I started to just to see what my temps were. the moment I saw that first dip in temperature, I got worried. From that day, I erased all the temps and didn't chart anymore.

On my ovusoft board, there were women on there who had trouble conceiving and they would temp for a bit, and they did the same thing. they saw a dip and immediately thought m/c was going to happen. I just kept telling them to put the thermometer away. LOL And they eventually did.

Oh no, I wouldn't. I am going to stress enough in those first 12-14 weeks!
