Do you consider the pull and pray birth control?

I'm trying to decide if I should put that down. Full ejaculation was indeed outside.

What do you think?

I put it down as birth control on my chart (link is in my siggy).

The one good thing about this cycle, is that I ovulated like I normally do. Woo!! If his pre-ejac had a little stuff in it, well, I'm in trouble.

I don't (because of pre-ejaculate, as you mentioned). It doesn't really matter though, chart it either way.

Personally, I wouldn't consider it BC and would probably list it as unprotected on my chart... but that's me. If you consider it a form of BC, then mark it as BC (but maybe leave a side note stating that it was coitus interruptus).

I wouldn't mark it as BC.

I'm an odd ball, I guess. I say it's BC, but maybe that's because I'm a newbie to all this stuff.

I think it can greatly hinder your chances of getting pregnant, but I wouldn't consider it bc. I wouldn't mark it as birth control, but I would make a note on your chart of it instead.

I would say it's a greatly unreliable form if that... I can't bash it too much because it's what DH and I use alongside NFP (I chart and he pulls) So far it's worked for us for almost 9 months... someone somewhere on JM said she used it for 4 years successfully.. and some do it once and get pg.. so it's your opinion I think.

Yeah I think it may vary couple to couple..for us definitely NOT BC. I get pregnant so easily it would just be wayyyy too risky!

Before Caleb we did the P&P for 7 years before we got pregnant, so I guess I'm a walking case that it does work as a BC. However, with me still in the post partum phase (4 months pp) and my cycles just now starting to regulate back to what they were, I'm just wondering if it's as reliable as it used to be.

Thanks for your answers ladies. I'll give your answers some good though and figure out what I should start doing.
