Personally, I wouldn't consider it BC and would probably list it as unprotected on my chart... but that's me. If you consider it a form of BC, then mark it as BC (but maybe leave a side note stating that it was coitus interruptus).
I would say it's a greatly unreliable form if that... I can't bash it too much because it's what DH and I use alongside NFP (I chart and he pulls) So far it's worked for us for almost 9 months... someone somewhere on JM said she used it for 4 years successfully.. and some do it once and get pg.. so it's your opinion I think.

Before Caleb we did the P&P for 7 years before we got pregnant, so I guess I'm a walking case that it does work as a BC. However, with me still in the post partum phase (4 months pp) and my cycles just now starting to regulate back to what they were, I'm just wondering if it's as reliable as it used to be.
