Definitely. Finished baking all the gingerbread and ginger snaps this weekend. I also make red velvet cake balls dipped in cookie press shortbread. I may also do sugar cookies, we'll see how the time goes.
AJ and I are going to do a few on our own. This is our list:
Peppermint Snowballs (new recipe)
Sugar Cookies (maybe) DH has requested some peppermint extract be added to the frosting.
Then we always get together at my IL's house and do a HUGE baking session. We wait till DH's Nana comes to visit and then SIL and I descend with our kids and we pump out cookies all day. I think the date this year is December 18th!
I know MIL is also doing Cathedral Windows (super easy), Ritz crackers with PB between and covered in chocolate (super easy and the older kids help by spreading the PB), her rum balls that I avoid cause she is a little heavy with the rum for my taste, Cow Patties, and then an assortment depending on the year. She mentioned doing these new ones that call for pretzels, a rollo, and a walnut - they are good.
AJ (age 7) & Katie (age 2.5) PM to see if I am available to make a siggy - decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
