I think TTC is harder. I mean, yes it can be hard to abstain sometimes - but it doesn't last long and then the honeymoon begins, so you can always look forward to that. With TTC, the stress doesn't end until you get that BFP...which doesn't always happen as fast as you think it will. I think the disappointment/stress is worse than whatever difficulty comes along with abstinence.

I'm the oppositte of most people, I've never had to avoid.
I'm starting to think I never WILL have to avoid. BFing worked VERY (as in, way too well) well as Birth control for me. I'm thinking that by the time I'm done nursing each child and finally get my fertility back, I'll be good and ready for another one anyway.
I probably won't need to TTA until I'm done having kids.
