Okay maybe its because it takes a week for all the hormones to fully get out of my body but my temps have been crazy. For two days it was 97.7, then went to 97.9, I forgot to temp yesterday cuz I was rushing for work but today it was 97.2? I am so confused.

I don't temp so I have no advice but I know how confusing and frustrating hormone changes can be.

It's normal for your temps to fluctuate. Don't worry too much about the day to day fluctuations, it's the overall pattern that matters.
