So I dont often post here. I have been charting using a natural method therm alarm thing and had a question if you have not had a thermal shift but have ovulation cramps egg white high soft and no shift do you think that is the o date is that day of all those clustered symptoms? I am noticing a pattern that my shift happens I think a few days after ovulation.
I am TTA at the moment.

Every time estrogen rises because your body is attempting ovulation, you can have egg white mucus, a high/soft cervix, and pain even if ovulation is not successful. The mucus has to go through 3 specific stages to confirm ovulation. If ovulation is not successful, it will only go through 1 or 2 of those stages. If there is no thermal shift, then you would continue to follow pre-ovulation rules for TTA because your body might try again later.

Thank you. I have always thought if it feels too good it is for TTA. I need to stay very conservative and wait till shift and several days pass.

3 days after a shift is enough for TTA.
