Has anyone read or used the Lunaception method?

Lunaception.net

Just curious if this book is worth the 10 bucks or not?

You can find loads of articles online. I found it sort of bollocks as my cycle is completely the reverse to the 'true' method. I'd look online and see if you can find a pdf of it somewhere.

I read a lot about that a few years ago. I did a little bit, like tacking up blankets over the blinds. I think I noticed a bit of temp stabilization, but nothing major. I certainly didn't start having more regular cycles.

Ah, okay, this is what I was interested in hearing about it. I was really just curious as my cycles are pretty regular but it seemed it was almost too good to be true so I was wondering how good the book was.

Never heard of it until now. I wouldn't want to comment too much on the book unless I've read it myself. It did mention keeping track of temperatures and vaginal secretions, so maybe it could work. I know that all of our synthetic forms of light tend to interfere with the way moonlight used to be a factor in the regulation of women's cycles.

I could be totally wrong, but I didn't think it was actually a method of family planning. Just a way to try to get more regular cycles, more quality CM, and better sleep. I read a lot on it, but it was 4+ years years ago and I have a memory like a sieve. The people I came across used it WITH a method of charting.
