Since I had my bleeding last week, my temps have been very very low. Like lower than all my other temps (except for the 25th which was almost at my coverline)...

I merged my charts into one so that way it could take all the temps into account.. but now I'm wondering if I shouldn't have. My temp will need to jump a full degree from today to reach my cover line from the temps from before the bleeding.

Now I'm worried with them lower that it may not detect an actual ovulation because of the difference in the temps....

Is this normal for an anovulatory cycle? Should I re separate the charts to allow cover line to readjust? I'm so confused.

I am not really going to be of any help to you with this, but I just wanted to say that my cycle is doing the exact same thing since my spotting. It's like my body tried to O a few weeks ago, couldn't do it, did the anovulatory bleeding and then my temps reset back to really low. I ended up starting a new chart on TCOYF and then keeping my FF chart all together so I could kind of monitor the difference.

The coverline can be adjusted based on only the last 6 temperatures. I believe Ovusoft will do that for you automatically. I don't think FF will make those adjustments for you. Am I mistaken, or are you keeping an Ovusoft chart as well as FF? And did you recently change the time you temp? Based on your chart, I'd put your coverline at 97.3 right now.

As you've just recently stopped the Pill, I wonder if the higher temps weren't related to the synthetic progesterone in your system and as it works it's way out of your body...the temps are going down. Dropping progesterone can also cause bleeding/spotting.

Thanks Shawna!

Tcoyf dropped the coverline about 40 seconds ago to 97.3 (there is a link to that in my siggy somewhere lol) when I put in my temperature for this morning

Tithen - TCOYF

yes I had to change the time because DH's wake up time changed. So after my bleeding started I switched it an hour later to give me 3 hours sleep. 97.2 is my natural body temperature so this makes more sense to me personally, but on the chart it confused me a bit.

From the first day of heavy bleeding to today there's about 10 days.. let's see if my body can get it together and actually Ovulate.

lol it's so nice to have someone else in this boat with me you know. LOL.

MY FF chart and my tcoyf chart look different since tocyf will adjust temps, I just input them into ff as they came out of the thermometer. LOL. i wanted the ticker

My temps were always so erratic that I'm just not the person to talk to about this.
