So I am back for more help ladies! As some of you know, I recently went off BCP. I will be on CD90 tomorrow. (ugh!)

According to FF, I may have O'ed on the 7th, but I am really more thinking I O'ed on the 11th based on EWCM I had after the 7th. However, I keep having major temp dips, some are even below the coverline. This doesn't seem normal. From what I've read, this might be an LP defect or some kind of problem with my progesterone. However, I still haven't gotten AF. If I go by FF, I am on 14DPO. If I stick with my idea of O, I am more like 10 DPO. However, these dramatic dips in temp are really messing with me.

Have any of you seen a chart like this before? Any experience with temps this low during the LP?

Who knows, maybe I actually didn't O at all!??

I'm interested to what Shawna has to say. LOL. I'm looking at your chart and going through my book and can't figure it out. But your cover line looks wrong to me.... but I could be very wrong.

edit: yeah based on tcoyf's manual 6 temp rule your cover line doesn't mesh for me.

I'm making my brain hurt trying to figure this out. LOL. Are you taking it at the same time every day? FF doesn't adjust your temp if you over sleep or under sleep...

I removed my chart for some reason.. this is what mine looked like. The 1st and 2nd were omitted due to sleep disturbance... I got up really early and left the house and then went back to bed, throwing off my temps.. with them included, I didn't get an O date.. but when they were omitted my Cover line dropped and my eggie appeared.

And to make it even more confusing, I actually started AF today! Woohoo!! I am actually really excited about this. If I'd o'ed on the 7th like FF suggests, I would be 15dpo, which actually makes a lot of sense. I still don't understand why my temps were dropping so far during the LP though.

As far as taking my temps at the same time every day, I'm like clock work and rarely mess up a day. I get up at 6:30 every day to go to work, and the weekends I will still get up at that time, take care of my animals and then head back to bed, but I never get up before I take my temp. I literally roll over, grab it off my night stand and stick it in my mouth. lol. Unless there is something wrong with my bbt thermometer, but I doubt it.

I still think I could have O'ed maybe on last Friday, and just had low temps since then, but that would have made my LP really short, which I guess isn't unheard of. I am kind of hoping now I was just interpreting my cm signs wrong and that I did O on the 7th because that would mean at least my LP is right.

Ugh. Hopefully next cycle is MUCH easier than this one. LOL. Thanks for your help!

Honestly, the FF categories for CM are just too inadequate for me to make a really good evaluation of when ovulation occurred this time. I think you probably did ovulate, I just can't say with certainty when.

Thanks, Shawna and Ashely! I do appreciate your help! I am just going to start fresh today and hope and pray that I finally have a "normal" cycle. Lol.

Sounds like a plan. When you start to notice a slippery feeling, pay particular attention to which day it stops. That will help solve any mysteries about when ovulation occurs, if the temps are at all unclear.

I was away ill when you posted this, so how'd it all work out?
