I know that waking up at a later or earlier time will effect your bbt. But will going to bed later do the same thing?
I usually go to sleep between 8:00-9:00, but last night I didn't get in bed til 10:00 and wasn't asleep until at least 10:30. But I woke up at the same time as I usually do. I still got over 3-4 hours of sleep, but I was just wondering because I would like my chart to be as accurate as possible
