Time zone temping change. Help me please.

We are currently on Central time. We have been since we started temping. But Tomorrow night we leave for Kentucky, which is Eastern time... an hour ahead.

I temp right now at 9am my time... what time do I temp in Ky for the rest of my cycle? Do i temp at 9am their time (8am cst) or at 10am their time (9am cst)

I wouldn't worry about it. The hour really doesn't make much of a difference and your body will adjust to the time change within a few days. I've jumped time zones a few times since charting and it's never made a difference. There is an official way to do it by changing your wake time by 15 minutes each day, but I really don't think it's worth the hassle.

I agree. I temp when I wake up no matter where I am, and have no problems.

I think you still go with 9am, but Eastern now. That's what I'd do.
